Board Meetings

The Hunters Creek North Neighborhood Association Board of Directors usually meets on the third Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m. Meetings are held at Board member’s homes on a rotating basis. HCNNA will post announcements of meetings by e-mail network as well as signage at the Queens Forest entrance three days before the meetings.

The Board meetings and annual meetings will be held as an open forum. Members attending a Board meeting may request an agenda item that is pertinent to the neighborhood and must be submitted in writing prior to the meeting. Individuals will have a time limit of three minutes to present to the Board and nine minutes for groups. No action will be taken on an item, which is not on the agenda. No meeting may be tape recorded without permission of the President of HCNNA.
