The Hunters Creek North Architectural Control Committee was established to uphold the protective covenants for Unit I, Unit II, and Unit III in Hunters Creek North. No building, roof, fence or other structure or extensive repairs which replace original materials with a different material, shall be commenced, erected, placed, maintained or permitted until the construction plans have been approved in writing by the ACC.
