Welcome to Hunters Creek North, (www.hunterscreeknorth.com), an upscale subdivision located in North Central San Antonio, Texas. The neighborhood is composed of custom-built homes on lots with multiple native Texas oak trees. Hunters Creek North has an active homeowners association, which has mandatory membership in Units I and III and volunteer membership in Unit II. Deed restrictions are upheld through the Architectural Control Committee with a goal of maintaining property values.  The Board represents the neighborhood concerning city issues that impact the community, such as zoning issues, by maintaining a membership in Northside Neighborhoods for Organized Development (NNOD).  Enhanced neighborhood communication is provided through an e-mail network for security alerts, lost or found pets and neighborhood announcements.  All dues paying members have access to Queens Forest Swim and Tennis Club, which offers two lighted tennis courts, a basketball half court, a swimming pool and a kiddie pool.  Various Board sponsored activities as well as ancillary social activities are available which help enhance the neighborhood cohesiveness.

Located within a 15 min drive are:  The San Antonio International Airport, major highways, USAA, shopping, restaurants, Sea World & Fiesta Texas.  Phil Hardberger Park (www.philhardbergerpark.org), a 311- acre former dairy farm, is San Antonio’s newest green space. It offers walking/jogging and biking trails as well as dog parks and playground. It is conveniently located only 1.6 miles away. In order to manage our neighborhood effectively and accomplish the goals and benefits listed on this website we rely on an all-volunteer Board and the majority of the services we provide are managed with volunteer help.  We rely exclusively on annual membership dues of $200 in order to provide these services.   We would welcome your involvement in any of the activities in our neighborhood.  There is also a $250 homeowner transfer fee that is due and payable at or before closing anytime a home in the neighborhood changes ownership.  This will register the new owner and they will receive a copy of the community deed restrictions.  A refinance fee of $100 is due and payable when a home is refinanced.
